Follow this easy trail, first on a gravel road and then through forest trails, to get to the Preradović peak located at an elevation of 892.5 metres. It is interesting to note that this is the first hiking trail in the Fužine region, as it dates back to the 19th century. Once you reach the peak, views stretch over the Bajer lake and Fužine, and in the background you can even see Ličko polje and the Veliki Kobiljak, Medveđak and Zagradski vrh peaks. The trail links numerous natural attractions, such as the beautiful beech forest, lookout points and karst phenomena, all marked by several informative and educational boards. Following the hiking trail markings, you can reach the Vrelo cave, which is often called “a smaller Postojna” due to its beauty.
