The trail which leads from Skrad to Zeleni vir (Green whirlpool) and Vražji prolaz (the Devil’s passage) is circular and demanding. The area is also home to two educational trails: a geology trail, introducing visitors to the geological processes and phenomena in the canyon, and a botanical trail, offering an overview of the flora inhabiting this area. The trail curves and steeply descends to its first natural attraction, a 70 m waterfall and cave spring Zeleni vir, and then to the lodge which is open in summer. Passing through the Vražji prolaz canyon, with a multitude of small bridges notched into the cliff side, is sure to leave you speechless. Then you will reach Muževa hišica, a small cave, before the trail turns right and returns you to Skrad following a steep path.
